We've spent the last ten years growing plants and vegetables in the exact garden systems that we sell and support. With this experience comes the knowledge of what to plant and when to plant specific varieties. It's important to purchase your seeds from a reputable source and we've used, almost exclusively, a company called Johnny's Selected Seeds. www.johnnyseeds.com Through trial and error we've found some of the best veggies to grow in Florida and many grow year-round. We know it's hard to believe that you can have a garden in the summer in Florida, but with these gardens systems it works!
Whenever possible be sure to purchase "pelleted" seeds which are seeds encapsulated in a material that helps germination and early growth . Pelleted seeds are easier to handle, easier to see and if stored properly can increase shelf life . Below you'll find the list, weblinks and icons showing seasons for planting.
Don't forget to ask us about our installation and planting services where we use only Johnny's Selected Seeds to ensure success!
